Membership Terms and Conditions:

By signing up for studio membership, you agree to the following terms:

Membership Benefits

1. Membership Duration: Membership is billed on a monthly basis and includes:

   • 10 hours of studio time per month.

   • Complimentary use of lighting equipment.

   • One clean sweep on a white seamless backdrop per month.

2. Monthly Rate: The standard membership fee is $300 per month.

Usage Terms

1. Studio Time: Studio hours must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Unused hours do not roll over to the next month.

2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations of scheduled studio time must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing those hours.

3. Equipment Use: Members are responsible for the proper use and care of studio lighting and equipment. Any damage incurred during use will be charged to the member.

4. Clean Sweep: The clean sweep includes one clean sweep of a white seamless backdrop once a month while membership is held.

Rate Lock and Increases

1. Rate Lock: When purchasing your membership, your rate will be locked for one calendar year.

2. Subsequent Rate Increases: After the initial year, the membership rate may increase, and you will be notified at least 30 days prior to any changes.

General Terms

1. Termination of Membership: Membership can be terminated anytime with no cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for partial or unwanted / accidental months.

2. Liability Waiver: Members agree to use the studio at their own risk. Underwater Disco LLC and its associates are not liable for any injuries or damages sustained during the use of the studio or equipment.

3. Amendments: Underwater Disco LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
