Renting furniture for your shoot?

Book your studio time, then rent pieces using your booking confirmation number.

House Rules

Rental time begins exactly at the booked starting time and ends exactly at the booked ending time, regardless if renter and/or renter’s party is late.

Rental time includes load-in, setup, tear down and cleaning. The studio must be cleaned and vacated by the scheduled end time.
We are not liable for any personal injuries or illnesses during your time at the Studio and recommend you carry business liability insurance to protect yourself and your clients.
$50 minimum cleaning fee will be charged for dirty studio and all large groups or production crews over 15 people. Additional charges my apply.
No pets allowed without prior approval.
No food or drink allowed (besides water) without prior approval.
1.5x hourly rate for every hour booked after 7:00pm.
No smoking is permitted in the studio.
Music is to be kept at reasonable levels.
No one will be admitted who is under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances.
Do not allow your clients to hang out in any areas that you did not rent. If you are hosting minis, clients must wait for you outside until it is their turn.
Do not damage the walls. Do not hang anything on the walls without prior approval.
You are responsible for any damage occurring to the studio during your time slot and may be subject to a repair fee. Please treat our studio with care and insure your clients are respectful as well.
All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions. Please double check your date, time, and chosen rental are all correct before submitting.
No refunds on unused time.
